Finally Got Receipts, Phoned up the AVM, Wow, What the Hell!!!!!

What\'s going on.

I finally got my receipts.

Lawyer sent in the case on 04/30/01.
Got receipts on 07/11/01.

WAC-01-223-xxxx.

When I enter my numbers the AVM says the cases
was received on 06/29/01!!!

Is everyone else getting the same results?

Does this mean the 180 days for AOS and
90 days for EAD start counting from 06/29/01.

Does the AVM give you ND or RD? I thought RD.

Don\'t worry.
The data on AVM is always around your ND.
If you look at your receipt, your RD should
be early May and ND be end of June.

The 180-day for I-485 should count from RD.
The 90-day for EAD count from RD too.

I don\'t get the Receipt notice, lawyer gets it.

I only now the WAC # which I already posted. If
I get more information, I will post it.

Ok. I can answer my own question.

Talked to the lawyer today.

Says that even though the AVM says June 28th,
the INS notice says it was received on April 30th.

180 days, 90 days for AOS and EAD start from
April 30th.

AVM gives you approximate ND, not RD.
