Finally got my FP notice

Guys,

We finally got our FP notice after my EAD renewal application went in.

Looks like my application was somewhere in a dark room and thay pulled it out after i sent in my EAD renewal application.

I have one question. Does the online status get updated when they sent FP notice?.

No FP notice yet!!!

Folks,

I have not yet recd. FP notice. There is another thread on the same forum where ppl have recd. FP notice within 10 days of I485 application.

Is this something I need to worry abt?

Did u get an actual official notice from INS. If so, could you please check your Priority Date and see what it says. Normally it would be the date sometime about when you applied for you State Labor.

The reason im asking is coz my PD says August 2004, that's when i filed my I40/485, and i think it should be August 03 when i filed by labor

Please let me know, so i can contact my lawyer if its not right

I have recieved a copy of fp notice.

U do not have it with me now. Its at my home. I'll update you first thing tomorrow.

My priority date is my 485 date which is DEC 07 03.

Its not mt labor application date which is july 02.

So i guess what's on the paper is right since both of us have the same thing.
Looks like it would change once the 140 is approved. Which state you at and where is your FP at ?

Did ur online msg change, mine dint so far

Got FP but my online status is still not updated

Guys,

I recied my FP notice after a long wait. But my online status is still not updated. I heard it should get updated.

Did anyone have similar experience?. Did it get updated after FP was done?.

Appreciate your inputs.

My FP status did not change when they sent me the FP notice.
It changed after they received my FP results.

Even I got the 1st FP notice on the 20 th. The message will not change when they send out the notice but does change when they receive the FP results.

Our priority dates are the dates they sent the receipts for I-485 i.e Nov 2003.

BTW when is your appointment? Ours is on 21st and 22nd of October.

My company attorney got the FP notice a week ago. However, I have not got any notice and the LUD (I140/I485) does not update at all.

Is this normal??? Does the LUD update when INS sends out the FP notice?
