Finally got FP, Aug,01 filer

Finally we got the FP notice, ND is 12/19/02 and schedule date is any day between 12/31/02-01/07/03.
I did call TCS on 12/19 and 12/20, and several times before.
I-485 ND is 8/28/01

Hope all '01 TSC Waiters receive their FP notices soon. BTW, I 've called TSC on 12/24 and the IIO told me that I will my FP in 2 weeks. Hope for the best.

Requesting FP : how many times???

The first positive response I got from an IIO was 3 weeks ago. She said she would put in a request for FP with National Scheduler but did not know when I could expect to receive FP notice.

Today, 3 weeks later, since I did not see anything in the mail spoke to another IIO. Again, she said she would put in a request with the National Scheduler but could not tell me when to expect it.

Aong you guys who got FP by calling; how many times did you have to call and request FP before you finally got it?

It seems like if you are SPECIFICALLY given a time frame like 10-12 days within which to expect FP, it usually turns out to be true, if not notjing happens.

What is you ND/PD ? Also I 'm pretty sure that we '01 filers may receive our FPs before the end of Jan.

Called INS manytimes and the same reply- may take several more months to issue FP.

Anyway its a good news that at least a few of us in the same time frame received FP

How many times did you dial ?

Tell me how many times you have to try or how long you have to try to get through ? My fingers are soar even with redial button .

Is it any use sending the FP request by FAX ?
