yeah, it's indeed a piece of good news. But hey, don't you have to have your lawyer to tell you the visa is available? You can simply tell by reading the Visa Bulletin at DOS site.

Of course if your NC is cleared already, then it's indeed another piece of good news for you, i.e. you will be getting your GC very soon
