Seems like all cases with LUD 08/19/2006 are pre-adjudicated and they have very good chances of getting the GOOD NEWS soon, others too with PD before 2004 will get approvals soon.

What about 2004 PD cases at NSC. My case is NIW india PD 08/2004. I have seen several 2005 cases approved in TSC and few at NSC. I received RFE on 485 07/13/06 about birth certificate etc. I replied it on 09/2006. LUD on 09/2006says case processing resumes you will hear written decision in 60 days. I have done 2nd FP on 04/2007. since then no update.

I have heard that NSC approved around 30,000 cases in last few days but didn't declared them yet.

so my strong beleif is that ,thousands of applicants will get good news from NSC in next few days.I wish your's also among one of them.

RFE replied cases have very fair chance of getting approval early according to my observation among the approvals.
