Finally, case approved...........

I have checked AVM last night, and heard the magic words. My AVM was NEVER changed till last night.

Both mine and my wife\'s cases have been approved on May 21 according to the AVM, after a 14 months\' waiting. I would like to thank all the gurus on this board. Without your helps, this waiting could be misarable.

jha123 (msg#7) has a good question! If your PD is 03/23/2000 then on 03/05/2001 your Priority Date was not current! Is there a typo?

You don\'t have quota issue if you are not from India or China.

last year this time, applicants from India and China have to wait till their Priority date current to fill the AOS.
