Finally aprroved RD: 8/31

Hi Guys !

I checked AVM yesterday and it's says that my and my wife case has been apprvoed on July 22. We were checking AVM 3-4 times in a day. I called one time to IIO and that's it. I am really relax now. No RFE.

Thanks for all of you who helped us.

Good luck to everyone from bottom of my heart. Waiting for approval notice and hopefully next Wed. is our day.

I called two months back to IIO

I called two months back to IIO to findout about my status. I had a really bad situation since last 6 months in our company, so I was thinking that I am going to get the RFE, but not. I decided to contact congressman and guess what he's the one who called IIO 3 times in last two months for my case.

So, guys tips for someone who's case been stuck badly, contact your congressman and my words that it's going to work for you as well. If you need any further information please send me an email.

Hi YJay,

I been visiting this site for almost 6 months, and whenever I am seeing the people fighting or typing wrong messages on this side, I always thought why they are doing this ? Yes, we are immigrant but we were the one who helped this country when they need us. We left our family and friends and came here to make the money and same time help this country.

I hate the people who will sit back and doing nothing. If your case been pending for long time, go to congressman if that doesn't work than go to senator. Remember one thing in your life that you need to give the wake-up call to everyone to take care of your work.
