Yahoo!!! My case as well as my wife's case finally got approved.

First of all let me thank all the users who regularly contribute to this site and the ppl who maintain this site.

For all who are still waiting to hear the good news, Be Patient till your day comes. Just enjoy do not think too much about this process. The more you think the more stressful it is.

can you share with us what do they require in your RFE?

My RFE details:

They asked us for almost everything we had already sent.

Myself: Employment letter, Birth Affidavits, Marriage Certificate
Wife: Birth affidavits, medical

Being christians we had given our Church certificate earlier as marriage certificate but still we got rfe asking us to send marriage certificate from civil authorities.

According to Christian Marriage act the church certificate is equivalent to the one issued by the authorities. Our attorney explained this to the BCIS and we sent the same along with our daughter's birthcertificate.
