Finally Approved!!

Just checked AVM this morning, I-485 has been approved for my wife and me on 08/27/01. I had been waiting for this news so long time.

PD: 11/07/1997
RD: 11/02/1999
ND: 11/09/1999
First FP: 03/20/01
Second FP: 05/23/01
RFE received: 04/27/01
AD: 08/27/01

My case is NIW, it cost me five years for finishing this process.

I am regular visitor of this web site that gives me a lot information,
help and shared a lot of happiness, frustrations and so on.

Did you contact any one for your approval, like Senator,congress man etc. ? Pls post if had done something like that. Mine is Nov 19.and RFE received by INS on June 16 th. Still waiting. . . .

Yes, I did call a senator to speedup my process two month ago.
But one week ago I checked with IIO, my case is still pending.
