It Took Almost Seven Years......... Here are the Details

Labor PD - 11/13/2000

After rounds and rounds of problems, Labor was approved on 09/28/2005
After five long years

I-140 Filed on 12/27/2005

Nothing for an year

Upgraded I-140 to premium Processing on 2/28/2007

I-140 Approved 03/06/2007

I-485,I-131,I-765 Filed on 04/23/2007 for myself and my wife

FP - 05/22/2007 for both of us

I-765 Aprroved on 06/03/2007 and 06/05/2007 respectively for both of us

I-131 Approved on 06/07/2007 for both of us

I-485 Card production ordered on 06/27/2007 for both of us

I hope that means approval. It has been a long struggle overall.

Although I-485 Was smooth may be because I filed it myself.

A very quick turnaround on your I-485 !!...a couple of questions if u don't mind..
Was it filed under country == INDIA ? Was it EB2 or EB3 or EB1? Did you do anything extra to get Name Check cleared ? Thanx !!!

VSC->TSC: March 7, 2007.
Name Check: Pending.
 
The country is India. Labor was originally underEB2. But during rounds of issues, it was changed to EB3. I did not do anything to speed up anything and yes I did file it with TSC..
 
Your employer should be great

Guess holding you patiently for 6 years - during the labor - Should be a good employer ( even if they have taken $$ from you).
 
No I did not get Any RFE. I filed I-485 on april 23 2007. Not much time for a RFE. My employer has no choice he can not let me go. He has to shut down the company if he is letting me go..
