Finally Approved !!

Checked with the INS Telephone System just half an hour back and the message finally says \'This case has been approved\' (after a wait of many many years) !!

Here are my details :
PD - 8/97 -- EB3 (India)
RD - 1/10/00
ND - 1/26/00
FP - 3/24/01
AD - 4/18/01
EAC No - EAC-00-084-...

No RFE. No change of company name etc.

This site has been a great help in tracking the progress. The INS Report for March states Oct 15, 1999 as the date. If it were not for this site, would never have known that Jan 2000 cases were being processed.

Best of luck to everyone !! I am sure your approval should be just around the corner !! VSC seems to have covered 3 months within 3 weeks of April. If they can maintain this pace .....

Hi Guys,

Dumb question: Which EAC# should be considered while
checking on the status of your GC status when calling
that AVM#. Is it the one we have on the EAD card or
the I485 case receipt notice?
