This case has been approved. On September 7, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

My finger print were taken July the first. and it's a concurrent filling

Why do you say, finally my GC is approved... infact you hardly had to weight for the 485 approval. Consider yourself rich and lucky now :D :D :D

inquiry

at 07/21/2004 an inquiry for the I-140 immigration petition was filed with the Texas Service Center (TSC) by my lawyer.
 
my attorney made 3 inquiries to CIS, no results so far. Mine is RD 05/01/2003, concurrent filed.
may i ask did your lawyer call or fax or write letter to TSC?

Yes buddy, more days of slavery.
 
It seems TSC is accelerating approval speed, so, will_get_there, poorman.. lots of guys who are struggling for GC in this forum, we will get there soon!
