For those who are still waiting;
My case wasn't concurrent but I applied to I-485 before I-140 was approved. There were tons of problems with my I-140 since I tried to use the labor cert from my previous employer which kind of got acquired by my current employer.
I-485 app date is Oct-2002.
2nd FP done: August 2 - 2004
App August 19 - 2004
