Those of you who are waiting, the good news is a lot of my friends got approved at the NSC within the last 2 months. All of them had RD's of June-August of 2001.
I basically checked the AVM every night at 1 am for the last two months to get an update. Man, what a pain that is!! Every night it said "March 25th fingerprinting received, blah, blah, blah" until Sept 26th, when the AVM said approved and a letter has been sent.
Hello Shakil,
Congratulations to you ! Quick question, though...
Is there a reason that you were checking AVM at 1.00 am? Is it then that the AVM is updated ? or is it a continuous update?

The main reason for 1 am was basically to avoid any busy tones. I have tried calling at different times of the day and found that 1 am usually gave me the best shot at reaching the AVM on first try. I am a very late sleeper, so didn't mind the time. Anyway, no need to worry about AVM anymore as you can click on the link below and get the update at any time!!
