Hello Friends,
Finally I got the magic email "This case has been approved" both for me and my wife, After waiting for almost 2 years in 485 stage and 4 1/2 years altogether, what a sigh of relief. I came here on F1-Visa in early 1998 from pakistan and completed my master's degree. Then I was hired by a good consulting company which made me travel all over the US, accross 22 states in the last 4 years.
Thanks God for this gift. I am thankfull to Rajeev for providing this forum where people can share their experience. During the time of lawsuit I had tried hard in pursuaing Rajeev and other to go through a short route and focus on the approval for the people on this forum, but they did'nt listen and wanted to overhaul the complete GC process. Any how good luck to all, who are waiting for approval and are involved in the lawsuit.
