Got approved after ND 2.5 yrs is not bad at all.. Why did you wait 5 yr from AS to apply..

i did not wait. they lost my application at some point and asked me to apply again in 2004. but. now it is over. does anyone know how long it takes to get the card after it is ordered?

You should get your card within two weeks.
