Finally AP approved after 1 year and 27 days

RFE2: Ack for both I-485 and AP by TSC 12/15/04
(Both time same RFE and same for both I-485 and AP regarding SR, which I never required)
LUD for I-485: 12/16/04
LUD for AP: first 12/16/04 then 12/30/04 with same message
AP approved after 1 year and 27 days

I-485 AD:??????????? God knows when and if

I am really very much frustrated with TSC, People working over there do not know what is the law and how to perform thier task in timely manner, and they expect us not to be late for even a day

I understand your frustration. However, you got a better 'deal' than me, if it helps to comfort you. TSC approved my AP with old Expiry date. So my attorney went back to TSC and they told to send new set of Photos to correct. After a month, they told to file new and my AP 'may not' be corrected. I eventually ended up paying my attorney and TSC twice with 3 set of photos... only to get approval for 10 months.
