Hi All,

My case ia approved with few twists and turns.

My case details.
I485 applied in Aug 2001
RFE in sep 2002
Approved on Mar 5, 2003
My wife case is not yet approved so far.



Applied Labor through company A
Joined company B by the time I485 is applied (clearly mentioned in 485 filing)
Currently working with company B
RFE received for current employement letter and pay stubs for 3 months.
In response to RFE offer letter from company A, employement letter from company B and latest pay stubs are submitted. No mention of AC21 what so ever in response. The cover letter says in response to your Query the following documents are submitted. etc.....

I was not sure given the economic conditions what i should do. So according to my lawyers advice i have provided above metnioned documents. I am not sure what would be my future course of action. I would probably contact good lawyer like rajeev and take there advice.

Though it was painful silence at last they approved my case.

Congratulation for ur approval. can u give some more information about ur I-485. Did you apply I-485 with company A;s future emp. offer or u didn't submit company A's letter at that time? Why did ur lawyer advice to submit u two company's letter?
What is both company's letter format?

Company A: MR. X will be working for us permentatly after GC approval.

company B: Mr. X is working for us now and continue to work after GC approval?????

Did u show intent to work both companies after approval or just company B's letter was indicating that u r working for this company.

Let me ans. your Questions.

I have applied I485 with current employer as company B in bio graphic information. May be that makes me qualified for future employement.

Letter formats are very typical and nothing special

Letter format for company A

We are interested in this person and our offer still holds good.

Letter format for company B

He is working with us and his job duties include (same as i mentioned in labor). His currently salary is so and so. We are very much interested in continuing his employement.

And lastly i have just submitted thses documents and didnt specify interest in one or the other.
