How could you remember you had applied for GC...i would have forgotten after few years....infact i have forgotten now that i have applied...just that this forum keeps me reminded day to day...

I think if you agree and are willing Mr Rajiv Khanna should be notified of your experience and wait in the law suit. Don't know if this would help though but no harm done though. This case can also be used in attempts with senators and congressmen to apprise them for the reduction of time frame from GC Approval to applying Citizenship which is currently 5 years (I THINK) Just my 1 cent
