Final Review after 2nd FP

What do you mean by final review? They have told you something like this?
Could you explain more cuz' I am lost.
 
Yes! My case has been pending for abt 3yrs. I called today and they told me Oath is not schedule yet. I guess they have to review all your info before sending oath letter
