The N400 asks to fill in spousal information along with
their immigration status etc. My spouse still has not
moved permanently to the united states. She has had a B1 visa
for a couple of years (issued long befoe we had met) and has
visited me a couple of times. But she doesn\'t reside in the country.
Given this situation what should be filled in the immigration status of the spouse?
