I have been trying to get the process of filing 485 for my husband, but having an issue with the bio-graphic information.
The issue is, he came to US on an H1B in 2002 but was never placed or paid by the employer, but still the H1 is valid.
And now that I have married him, I realised that technically he is called at being out-of-status to file the 485.
Iam trying to find alternatives about proceding further with this case.
I will appreciate any sort of suggestion on this.
