I am currently working for Company B on H1B. My labor and I-140 approved October 2001 through Company A when I was working with him. October 2001 I moved to Company B but after 6 months Company A(previous) filled my I-485 and I got EAD in July 2002 .Now Company B(present) wants to file my labor because he didn’t know about my 485 processing with Company A (previous). In this situation what should I do? Please help me out
