Hi All,

Filling N-600 form. Under Part 2. Section A which option one should select?
Both parents are naturalized recently. So both are U.S. citizens.

I think one can qualify for the following three options.
Part 2.A.a, and Part 2.A.b, and Part 2.A.d.

Question: Should we check all three that applicable or any one of them?

d) An alien parent(s) who naturalized.

B. I am a U.S. citizen parent applying for a certificate of citizenship

C. I am a U.S. citizen parent applying for a certificate of citizenship

D. Other (Please explain fully)

In my case I think I mistakenly filled both 2Aa. and 2B. I think I should have only checked 2B

I am not sure what's your case. Are you applying for your child? If that's the case I think the right thing to do is check 2B and that's it.

Thank you for the reply. Recently we naturalized. Yes. I am applying for my minor child. As you recommend I will only check 2B. Thank you.
