I have two kids one born in USA other back home leave in overseas with my wife and I frequent visit them for 2-4 months every year.
Do I put in address "with me" or overseas address?
and if overseas address do I have to show them any kind of support "i.e.: photos, letter from my wife said that " I financial support them all the time"
is my Income Tax be as financial support document ? because I fill married join my wife and one daughter, the other daughter has No ssn. so I could not include her in my filling.
is my frequent visit to them be as supporting document?
Note That I am still married and I just wait to get my citizen to bring my family to leave in USA with me.
