Filling location for I485/EAD/AP after approval of I140?

Folks,
can you please let me know where would be the filling location for I-485/AP/EAD, considering that I have an approval for I-140 EB1-EA from TSC?
In the I-485 instructions it says that the form should be mailed to NSC. But I hesitate for it since TSC is much better than NSC. Can anyone suggest a way to change the processing routh to the TSC?

I think you dont have a choice. The instruction clearly says that "This includes ....... based on an approved 140". File it at NSC. Probably they would transfer that to TSC.
 
As eb1 ea is not eployment based, I guess you can file at your local office which might be much faster

I suggest to go with the rules. I sent my I485 to NSC on 16th of last month and they forwarded to TSC where my I140 was approved. hope, same thing will happen to your case too. however, you can see some people in the forum sent directly to TSC. it is upto you to decide now.
 
The older version of I-485 (rev. 04/01/06) says that you can send it to center that approved your I-140. This from expires 09/30/08.

The current I-485 (rev. 07/24/06) says that you need to send it to NSC. This form also expires 09/30/08.

So they must be accepting the 485s at TSC until 09/30/08...guessing!

I mailed all the documents to NSC and it ended up in TSC. I have received the approval of AP and EAD and have done the biometric services (in less than a month). So far TSC folks have been very collaborative!

If i have a spouse, do i need two sets of documents for all these ?

1. copy of 140
2. i-131 for ap
3. 485 form
4. i-693
5. i-765
6. copy of entire passport
7. all previous h1 approvals
8. copy of i-94
9. Photos

Any other docs required ? do you require letter of employment/support for eb1 ea?
 
I dont know permfilling. I wasnt married so I wasnt concerned about this. You may check this with senior people in this forum.

I included letter of employment from my boss and the human resource of our institution. I have seen several EB1/NIW cases where RFE was issues because of the lack of Letter of Employment in their I-485 application.

You require letter from employer to prove your support as well as I-134 (Affidavit of support) for all of your dependents (Spouse and kids). this is required for EB1 EA also.
