Filling I 485 form

I am a USC and planning to apply GC for my parents. They are
here in the US.
Have the foloowing questions?

1. They came here in mid Jan. How long do I need to wait before sending the package (planning to apply all together). Is it 30 days or more?

2. In the I - 485 form (Part 2) which one do I need to select. They done have
an approved ! 130 yet since I am applying together.
