Filling I-485 and I-765 etc

Hi,

I just became a USC today. I'm planning on filling I-765, g-325a and I-485 for my out of status spouse. I already filled her I-130(approved) before she came here on a visitors visa.
Question: Do i need to submit the affidavits of support I-864 with the application and also the medical form I-693.
