Filling I-131 with I-130 & I-485 concurrently

I am filling I-131 along with I-130 and I-485 for my mom. She is on a B2 visa and currently in US. Need some clarification on how to fill this form. I assume for her case she need to fill part 7 of the application. Please confirm.

Also, the form ask for a explaination to qualify for Advance Parole Document. My mom may need to travel but i don't know what kind of justification is required for approval. Can someone please help me with this.
 
What specific question do you need to clarify? Just follow the instructions. Yes, she needs to fill part 7 (as well as part 1 thru part 3 question 3). No, she does not need an explanation.
 
Thanks - Some forms asking for an A-number. My mom do not have one. Should I state N/A or none for that?
