hi my H1B visa is rejected when I filled it for oct 1st 2004 starting date b'czo it says my master's engineering is not an speciality that is necessary for my position as a analyst in a healthcare company. I am currently on opt which is valid till oct 2005.
please help me with some of my questions.
will the company i am working for apply for my H1b for next year 2005 oct changing my title to a programmer as i do programming job?
will it totally reduce my chance to get an h1b approval.
will I be able to get a job in another company and apply for my h1b for 2005 oct 1st starting date. b'czo my h1b was rejected now will it reduce my chance for h1b for the new company if they justify me for a statistical programmer position.
