What should I put for my USCIS status? Now I'm out of status.
Should I leave it blank or out of status or F1? I was a F1 student
and got married before I got out of status.

It dosent matter what your status is when u got married... put whatever your status is at the time of filing the app...

I would consult a lawyer.. contact the christian immigrations services..they charge $ 50 and u can ask these questions to their lawyer
 
I think that the status that you should put is the type of status that you came in. In your case will be F-1. You don't leave spaces in blank you put N/A or none if nothing applies to you. It doesn't matter that you got married before you went out of status, you didn't apply for any benefits through your spouse after that until now, so you are still accruing illegal stay.
You can call the 800 number about that question.
