Filling EB2 LC

Guys,
Need some input.
can some with the following qualification file for EB2 LC.
- Bachlors from India
-Diploma from Aptech in Programming (1 year)
- B.S from USA. (Bachlors)
- 2 years of Work Experience.

any input will be greatly appreciated.

Nope

EB2 = Bachelors (4year degree) + 5 years experience (not ur experience but ur job should require it)
OR
EB2 = Masters + 2 years experience (again the job u do should require 2 years experience)

it is just MS + no exp.
