Hello.
Right now I have pending status form i539 extension of staying for L2. My husband already got his extension for his visa L1. My nationality is Ukraine.
Can I fill form ds160 parallel with my pending form in order to get stamp visa L2 in my passport for traveling? Will it affect and cancel my form I539?
I am in USA, I am planning to fill ds160. Wait for appointment , going to the Mexico Tijuana, get visa and come back.
Can it work? Or it's better to wait approval and then filling ds160.
The matter is time, we don't have so much it.
