Filling citizenship for children

I have received my green card on December 2001 and I am submitting my citizenship using Form N-400. My children were born in India before we move to USA around 1998. We all have grren cards.
My question is
What form I need to submit for my children while filling my Citizenship?
If yes, then Which form?
Do I have to submit my N-400 and my children form together? Or we apply after I receive my Citizenship.

Your minor children, who are green card holders and reside with you in the US, will automatically become citizens after you take your oath. At that point you can immediately apply for their US passports, and (optionally) submit N-600 applications to obtain their certificate of citizenship.
