fillied i-130 shall i file 129f for k-3 visa?

i have just sent in my file for petition for alien relative for my wife. I am USC. I just learned that i can apply for k-3 visa so she can come here and wait for 130 to process.

is k-3 visa processing time faster? where can i check current timings?

or shall i wait for the i-130 to be processed? and not do the k-3 visa?

if i apply for k-3 visa but my i-130 processes first can i cancel my k-3 visa application?

I have the same situation,

I just became USC and now I would like to apply my wife & son come to US with K3 & K4 visa .. when I was a green card holder, I have applied I-130 to them.

Now shuld I just upgrade the I-130, or just apply K visa them? Could I apply both of them at the same time?
