Filleing forms for parents..

Hellow,
I am filling I485 for my parents. In page 2 it asks...were you inspected by a US immigration officer?
Do I click on yes or no...

Also, in G325 A (Biographic information)..Applicants residence past 5 years...
They have been coming here every 6 months. Do I put all the dates?


Your advice is appreciated.

One more question?
Does I 864 needs to be notarized?

What about the other copies (BC, Naturalization certificate, marriage certificate)

I am sure they didn't ilegally cross the border. ;) So, it's a YES.

Visiting somewhere for a few months doesn't make that place your place of residence. :)
