Filled in VSC, received FP from Nebraska

I am new to this group. Greatly appreciate this group and the information we share.

I-140/1-485/I-131/1-765 Filled in VSC as on 24th Oct 2002.

I have received FP notice from Nebraska service center.

How come i received FP notice from Nebraska when i filled in vermont(I-485 receipt number EAC-XX-XX-XXXXX)?
Does anyone hava same scenorio?
