Filled I 485 at VSC

Hey everyone,

I am new to this forum and request any kind of info on my case.

We, Me an my wile filled our I 485 at VSC. But we live in CA. and work here now on EAD
My consulting firm has its office in NJ and persuade me to file in VSC. My filing date is 2002 January EAC0210750xxx.

Now as I am seeing the VSC pace they already started Jan so do you guys feel my case will be transfered to CA local office. And if it will how long does it take to get any interview from local office.

Also is there any one else in this forum who is on the same boat as I am.

Any info is appreciated.

What you can do is just wait and see how the officer will process your case. Things can get unpredictable when it comes to straight approval, RFE or transfer.
