Hi there,
March 2009 I filled I-140 based on National Interest Waiver, I believe there is good chance of being approved, since there was letter from US Army Research Laboratory and US Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center. They are heavyweight governmental organizations, stating my significant contribution to their projects and goals. National Security and Defense is sector which benefits from my skillset.

I got (and accepted) offer for well funded project back at Europe, with contract for 3 years. I am moving to Denmark this September.

Is there ANY way how not fully "waste" my application if approved?

Is is possible to act on it later? Is there some limit, deadline etc? What would be smart move here?
