Hi ,
Alll the AOS gurus..please help with the silly questions.
1. If the name is longer than the space provided on the fillable form , is it OK to print out and hand-write the missing letters ?

2.Is there a way to reduce the font size so all the letters would fit to the space ?

Thanks so much
Regards

Yes you can

If you have reader 7, then the forms is easily fillable. However, if you name is longer than the space provided, then neatly hand write it. For example, some people have longer names,
such "Justmarriedforsexeverynight"... . I think USCIS will appreciate if being neatly hand written with a black pen...

Good luck....

Thanks Al-Southerner . The g-325 does not mention that the use of CAPS(upper case) letters. Is it acceptable to use lower case as well or fill it all in CAPS ?
Thanks

The key is ONE: To ensure that each and everything that you wrote is readable and clear. For me, I will 'CAPSize' each and everything, because this doesn't disqualify you from consideration. It actually ensure that they see each and ever letter in your application form.... ;)
