Fill out or print on N400

Well it is time for me to work on my N400.

Does it matter if I hand write (properly) to fill out the form or if I fill it out on my computer?

I downloaded the fillable form but I am not able to fill out anything. I click on the hand icon over fields but it doesn't allow me to write. I am using Acrobat 6.0.

do whatever you feel like. they do not have the rule saying you have to fill it by pen or fill out the form on the computer.

what happen to those people who do not have a computer at all??
