I will be filing for my permanent residence with my usc spouse via DORA. I am currently under a TN Visa, and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to file for the I765 and I131? (I am most concerned of the I765-- I would like to switch companies soon, and don't want to be locked in with my TN)
If I should file for the I765 and I131, do I bring the forms and payment at the DORA appointment date, or do I do these seperately at a different date/time?
