Filing papers for my spouse who is out of status (F1 visa)

I will be mailing

1. Check for US$1490 (right?)
2. Form G1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance
3. G325A signed by US Citizen
4. G325A signed by spouse
5. I-130 Petition For Alien Relative
6. I-485 Application To Register Permanent Residence Or Adjust Status
7. I-765 Application For Employment Document
8. I-864 Affidavit of Support
9. I-693 Vaccination Supplement (sealed envelope)

Attachments (1 copy of each):
• Copy of US Citizen’s naturalization certificate
• Certified copy of marriage certificate
• Copy of Alien Spouse birth certificate
• Copy of Alien Spouse passport biographical page, visa and entry stamp page
• Copy of I-94 form (front and back)
• Copy of Petitioner’s IRS tax return transcript for the year 2010
• Copy of previous employment authorization card (OPT)

4 pics of citizen, two of spouse (the name of the person pictured their A# on the back right?)


Have I included too much/little evidence for now? I know to bring a bunch of other docs as proof of bonafide marriage during interview
