me and my husband went to file his tax and he wanted to put on my name too on his tax return but the lady told him i have to have a ssn first or when i get my ss he could go to irs and add my name to his return.but too late now for me because by the time tax is over maybe thats the time i will be getting my ssn.had interview for feb 28 2007 but i can't take a joint tax return.
