I am newbie to this LLC/doing business. I am going to start up a new LLC soon.
1) Some one mentioned to me that I need to pay the company taxes every 3 months. I have no idea what he was talking about, I mean what kind of taxes for the company I should pay ?
Can someone please clarify me on this taxes thing for an LLC.
