We have friends that are staying with us in Missouri and the wife is ready to complete naturalization and has the required residence etc... they travel back and forth to India/Asia every year for 6 months or so and have somewhat of a base in Colorado; however, they will be staying with us for about 3 months... the question is, should they go ahead and establish residency here in Missouri via getting a driver's license and do their interview here, or do they apply for Colorado and go back there for an interview... it just so happens that her license had expired and she applied for a replacement in Colorado and few weeks ago (for it to be sent here) and gave them the wrong address so she still doesn't have her driver's license... ALL this to say, should she apply for Colorado or CAN she apply as living in Colorado and still have her interview here in Missouri (we live in Kansas City and there is local immigration office here... Right now, she is thinking of going ahead and applying for Colorado and expecting to go back there for interview... Thanks! to anyone who can help! PS, she has until January when her green card expires to get this done, as they want to go back to India in December or so...
