Filing Second Labor from Different Company in Same State

I have one labor filed in the state of MO from company 'A', which is currently under process in State. But currently I am working for another company 'B' in same state MO who wants to file the labor for me.

I am not sure if this will create a problem for me with the Labor Dept. if company B files a new labor for me. And if the company B files the labor, does it has to have the same experience that I filed through company A, or can it have a different experience?

And what are the other precautions that I need to take if I have these two labors under process simultaneously in the same state MO?

There is no problem as long as company A is not aware of company B and vice-versa.
