I have 14 months left to complete my 6 th year. My labor has already been filed from TX in Nov 2004.
Now my question is ...
Does it make sense for me to go to another employer in NH and file thro RIR
( incurring considerable expense ) ?
The current processing time in NH is 8/9 months...from what i understand after State approval the case will be again sent to Philly backlog center (where God know how long it will take )
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
