I apologize guys for posting this thread if its already posted earlier. I tried to find some answers but didnt find anything yet. Hope if you have some knowledge or links can you you please post it in this thread. I would really appreciate all your help again.

I am a Naturalized US Citizen applied for my husband and he got GC this Year. I believe he can apply for his citizenship after 3 years of his GC.

My question was, if possible how do I as a USC can apply for my Parents-In-Laws in India for their GC. I would like to call them here permanently. and what would be the process also how many years it take usually.

If you have any links or any updated information can you please post in this thread.

You can not file for someone else's parents...

Your wife has to file for them when she becomes an US citizen.

How exactly do you plan on sponsoring you, your wife and children, plus 4 more people?

I (wife) am a USC and my parents are already USCs. my husband just got his GC this april and i applied I-130 and I-485 for him as he was in US but out of status. His case is over, he got GC and now we have to wait for 3 years so that he can apply for citizenship. My daughter is in Inida with my parents in laws(husband's parents), daugher is born USC.
Now I would like to apply for them (husband's parents) as a USC, if possible and for that i am seeking some help.

I am making around $40000/year and so far i have my husband and daughter as dependent on me.

You can't petition his parents. You have to wait until your husband becomes a USC, then it will be an immediate relative petition just like you filed for him -- if the law does not change by then-- let's hope not. Your daughter is the other hand has no problems at all, since she's an USC.

How much it takes when my husband after becoming USC will take for his parents to come to US, if the law remains same?

parents/spouses of US citizen are first priority immediate relatives, meaning processing of their's case would be fastest of all other relative's category
