I have a labor application pending with employer A in BEC in EB3. But another employer B wants to apply for my GC under EB2 for future employment. Can employer B file a PERM application for my future employment ? Whether this will be affected by the new "Non Duplicate Labor filing " issued by DOL? Though that talks about duplicate labor filing by same employer? I think different employer can apply for multiple GC for the same individual .
